Catalyst Consulting is an innovator with a spectrum of initiatives under its belt. We provide leadership empowerment for managers and staff through seminars, along with customized coaching. CC serves as a facilitator for women mentoring women, providing its own material (handbook, journal, study guide). CC conducts organizational assessments & leadership empowerment in conjunction with Servant Leadership Performance for Local Government Councillors.

DR. VEDAWATTIE RAM

She lives in Guyana with her husband Arjune Ram of 26 years of marriage and two children: Joshua (23) and Joanna (20). She has under her belt a BSc in Christian Education, MA in Global Urban Leadership and she recently completed her doctorate in Transformational Leadership. As a result of her research, Dr. Ram has successfully created a community engagement model for local government councilors.

Dr. Ram served as Staff-Worker with Inter School/Inter Varsity Fellowship for five years (1990-1995) developing student leadership and impacting lives at both primary and secondary levels. For eighteen years (1995 - 2014) she served as the National Director of Child Evangelism Fellowship of Guyana, starting out with literally just “two boxes and a 5-year plan.” the Guyana chapter grew under her stewardship, opening and strengthening eleven other chapters within the Caribbean including St. Lucia, St. Ki9tts, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Trinidad, and Dominica.

After a five-year stint at Bakke Graduate University in the capacities of program assistant, then coordinator and academic advisor for the doctoral program, Dr. Ram is leading Catalyst Consulting.
